Coral Young has been a Property Manager for the last 14 years. Combining her qualifications in both Accounting & Property Management, she strives to ensure that you receive the best management of your investment property, whilst looking out for your best financial interests. Her thirst for knowledge and ability to work hard and deal with everyone in an up-front manner drives her capacity to provide superior customer service. Coral understands the region, the lifestyle and the reason why an increasing number of people choose to live here. It’s not just the tropical climate and laid-back atmosphere that keeps Coral in this area, it’s the massive amount of opportunity this region has to offer.
Bella Young-Russell
Assistant Property Manager
Bella joined Cairns Real Estate Solutions in late 2023, as our Assistant Property Manager. She has quickly established herself as a well-respected and integral member of our property management team. Bella is self-motivated and is always willing to go the extra mile for her tenants & landlords. She has just recently graduated high school and is eager to enter the world of real estate. Having grown up in a home with family members fulfilling this role, being a property manager is like second nature to her. Bella understands the importance of clear and consistent communication with clients, and the importance of remaining determined to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved.

Administration
Kate has been a part of the CRES team since 2014, beginning as a personal assistant to Dianne before moving into a more comprehensive role assisting the whole team. She works in the background, supporting the property managers and handling the behind-the-scenes. Kate strives to provide a welcoming environment for everyone and loves that Cairns Real Estate Solutions entertains a positive space within the Real Estate community.
